An afternoon of Métis fiddle music and dancing. Featuring the music of award winning fiddler Shane Cook & Friends. Shane is a 3-time Canadian Open National Fiddle Champion, a 3-time Canadian Grand Masters Fiddle Champion, a Grand North American Fiddle Champion, and is the only Canadian to have ever won the US Grand National Fiddle Championship.
Enjoy deep-fried lake whitefish on a bun and refreshments, moderately priced.
There will be children's crafts and a variety of displays and demonstrations showcasing Métis Culture.
The Bruce County Heritage Documentary Project will be on site filming material for a new TVO documentary series exploring stories from Bruce County.
